There was a small surprise when thirteenth ranked Antalya (2-4) beat at home 10th ranked Final Spor (2-4) 88-80 on Saturday. Antalya looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. American guard Desi Washington (188-92, college: St.Peter's) nailed a double-double by scoring 18 points and 13 assists for the winning side and the former international forward Yunus Cankaya (199-85) accounted for 22 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. Four Antalya players scored in double figures. American-Trinidad and Tobago point guard Terrell Gomez (173-98, college: SDSU) came up with 26 points and forward Alparslan Uruk (199-88) added 15 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists respectively for Final Spor in the defeat. Final Spor's coach Berat Gok tested ten players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. Antalya moved-up to eleventh place, which they share with Final Spor and Mersin BBGSK.
