Regular Season Round 6: Domzale - Grosbasket 52-69

Bottom-ranked Domzale is still unable to win any game. This time they could not use their home court advantage losing their fifth consecutive match to fourth ranked Grosbasket (3-3) 69-52 on Saturday evening. The guests trailed by 2 points at the halftime before their 43-24 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. Grosbasket made 19-of-23 free shots (82.6 percent) during the game. It was a good game for guard Zorana Tinkara (171-99) who led her team to a victory with 25 points. The former international point guard Sara Meden (173-94) contributed with 22 points and 4 assists for the winners. Grosbasket's coach Slavko Duscak used an eleven-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Grosbasket maintains fourth position with 3-3 record. Newly promoted Domzale still closes the standings with five games lost. Grosbasket are looking forward to face Jezica (#8) in Ljubljana in the next round. Domzale will play on the road against Ilrija in Ljubljana and hopes to get finally their first victory.
