Regular Season Round 3: Gaziantep - Besiktas 67-49

Gaziantep defeated Besiktas at home 67-49. Gaziantep forced 26 Besiktas turnovers. It was a great evening for guard Koray Cekici (186-2) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 13 points, 19 rebounds, 9 assists and 4 steals. Ufuk Ertan (-3) helped adding 17 points and 5 rebounds. The best for the losing side was Emir Adiguzel (-3) with 8 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists and Tolga Deliktas (-3) scored 7 points and 9 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Besiktas will play next round against strong Darussafaka trying to get back on the winning streak. It will be a derby game for which supporters look forward to, where their team will travel locally in Istanbul to the arena of Darussafaka. Gaziantep will try to continue on its current victory against Merkezefendi in Denizl.
