The game between closely ranked teams ended with 10th ranked Yalovaspor's (1-4) road loss to ninth ranked Buyukcekmece (1-4) 64-89 on Wednesday. Buyukcekmece forced 28 Yalovaspor turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists. The winners were led by forward Muhammet Gunes (201-3) who scored that evening 29 points and 7 rebounds (on 12-of-15 shooting from the field) and Can Kurt (-3) supported him with 6 points, 13 assists and 7 steals. Even a double-double of 14 points, 12 rebounds and 4 assists by Mert Yilmam (-3) did not help to save the game for Yalovaspor. Hamza Halezeroglu (-2) added 13 points for lost side. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
