Regular Season Round 7: Minyor 2015 - Hebar 98-93

Division A top team - Minyor 2015 (8-0) added another victory to their record on Friday. This time they beat fifth ranked Hebar (4-3) in Pernik 98-93. Minyor 2015 shot the lights out from three sinking 14 long-distance shots on high 53.8 percentage. Forward Georgi Barzakov (204-94) fired 42 points (!!!) and 6 rebounds for the winners. Point guard Milen Dudev (178-94) chipped in 22 points and 7 assists. The former international forward Veselin Veselinov (202-83, college: WVSU) produced 21 points and 5 rebounds and center Yuliy Arabadzhiyski (205-93) added 18 points and 7 rebounds (perfect from the field making all seven shots !!!) respectively for lost side. Four Hebar players scored in double figures. Newly promoted Minyor 2015 maintains first place in A with 8-0 record. Loser Hebar keeps the fifth position with three games lost. Minyor 2015 will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Hebar will play against Polytechnica (#7) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
