Regular Season Round 10: Wolmirstedt - TKS 49ers 68-77

ProB round 10 most important game was a victory of TKS 49ers over one of their biggest challengers Wolmirstedt 77-68 on Saturday night. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Wolmirstedt. It was a key game for the second position in North. Worth to mention a great performance of center Robin Jorch (211-94, college: Boise St.) who helped to win the game recording 17 points. Sebastian Fuelle (192-92) contributed with 12 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. Four TKS 49ers players scored in double figures. Point guard Martin Bogdanov (186-92) replied with 21 points and guard Philipp Lieser (194-89, college: CWU) added 16 points in the effort for Wolmirstedt. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. TKS 49ers (7-2) moved-up to second place in North, which they share with Wedel. Newly promoted Wolmirstedt dropped to the fourth position with three games lost. TKS 49ers is looking forward to face league's leader Muenster at home in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Wolmirstedt will play against Schwelm and is hoping to win this game.
