Regular Season Round 9: Triglav - Celje 68-76

The most crucial game of the last round was the first loss of Triglav (7-1) in Kranj on Saturday night. Hosts were defeated by Celje (8-0) 76-68. It ended at the same time the seven-game winning streak of Triglav. It was a key game for the top position in the league. Triglav trailed by 12 points after 3 quarters before a 20-16 run in the last quarter cut the deficit to 68-76 at the end of the game. Celje made 22-of-29 free shots (75.9 percent) during the game. Triglav at the other side keeps the second position with one game lost. Celje are looking forward to face Grosbasket (#3) in Grosuplje in the next round, which may be the game of the day. Triglav will play at home against Ledita D. and is hoping to prove to their supporters that the loss was just an accident.
