Bottom-ranked Vilnius managed to get a fourth victory. This time they won against thirteenth-ranked Neptunas-Akv. 82-77. Neptunas-Akv. was plagued by 25 personal fouls down the stretch. It was an exceptional evening for guard Arnas Adomavicius (191-0, college: UNCG) who led the winners and scored 19 points, 5 rebounds and 7 assists. Greek Andreas Kalogiros (198-2) accounted for 16 points and 5 rebounds for the winning side. Lukas Kreismontas (197-1) came up with 17 points and 7 rebounds and center Oskaras Pleikys (202-1, agency: BIG) added 16 points and 7 rebounds respectively for Neptunas-Akv. in the defeat. Vilnius will play against higher ranked Kretinga (#11) on the road in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Neptunas-Akv. will play against Vilkaviskis and hopes to get back on the winning track.
