Prienai CBet has finally registered their first victory this season after 11 consecutive losses. The win is especially important as they defeated much higher ranked Juventus (8-5) 80-74 on Saturday. The best player for the winners was guard Ignas Sargiunas (196-99, college: Colorado St.) who scored 28 points and 7 assists. Forward Rapolas Ivanauskas (208-98, college: Cincinnati) chipped in 19 points and 6 rebounds (on 7-of-8 shooting from the field). At the other side the best for losing team was Ignas Vaitkus (197-93) who recorded 16 points and 5 rebounds and American guard Jaylin Airington (193-93, college: CSUB) added 13 points and 4 assists respectively. Prienai CBet maintains eleventh place with 1-11 record. Loser Juventus dropped to the third position with five games lost. They share it with Lietkabelis and Siauliai.
