There was a minor upset in Bursa where 9th ranked Final Spor (6-9) was defeated by twelfth ranked Balikesir (6-9) 73-67 on Friday. Balikesir forced 19 Final Spor turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. It was a great evening for American forward Carlton Bragg Jr (208-95, college: N.Mexico) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 31 points and 10 rebounds. His fellow American import point guard TJ Washington (183-98, college: Utah Valley) helped adding 12 points and 7 assists. The best for the losing side was American center Marvin Jefferson (206-86, college: Idaho, agency: Interperformances) with 20 points and 9 rebounds and American-Trinidad and Tobago point guard Terrell Gomez (173-98, college: SDSU) scored 16 points and 5 assists. Final Spor's coach Berat Gok rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Balikesir moved-up to eighth place, which they share with 3 other teams including defeated Final Spor.
