Everything went according to plan when seventh ranked Uni Baskets (10-7) won against on the road 13th ranked Rasta Vechta (7-10) 96-87 on Saturday. Uni Baskets looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. Lars Lagerpusch (207-98) scored 26 points and 5 rebounds (on 10-of-12 shooting from the field) to lead the charge for the winners and American point guard Jordan Barnes (179-97, college: Indiana St.) chipped in 18 points and 9 assists during the contest. The best for the losing side was swingman Joel-Sadu Aminu (193-97) with 18 points and 7 rebounds (went 8 for 8 at the free throw line) and American guard Joshua Young (184-88, college: Drake) scored 13 points and 8 assists. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Uni Baskets have a solid three-game winning streak.
