NKL top team - Suduva-Mantinga (20-3) added another victory to their record. This time they beat eighth ranked Silute (11-12) 73-69. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Silute. Suduva-Mantinga made 20-of-24 charity shots (83.3 percent) during the game. Silute was plagued by 25 personal fouls down the stretch. Point guard Aurimas Urbonas (198-93) nailed 13 points and 5 assists for the winning side and Ignas Labutis (199-94) accounted for 5 points and 11 rebounds. Four Suduva-Mantinga players scored in double figures. The former international center Valdas Vasylius (202-83, college: ODU) came up with 19 points and 5 rebounds and Rokas Maciulis (194-0) added 15 points respectively for Silute in the defeat. Suduva-Mantinga have an impressive series of seven victories in a row. They maintain first place with 20-3 record. Silute at the other side keeps the eighth position with 12 games lost. Suduva-Mantinga will play against Kretinga (#11) at home in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Silute will play against Delikatesas in Joniskis and hopes to get back on the winning track.
