An exciting game between Top Four teams was played in Gargzdai. Third ranked Gargzdu faced 4th ranked Zalgiris II. Host Gargzdu (21-5) smashed guests from Kaunas (15-11) 70-50. Gargzdu had a 29-18 advantage in offensive rebounds. The best player for the winners was point guard Mindaugas Stasys (179-86) who scored 16 points, 9 rebounds and 9 assists. Center Simas Galdikas (203-87) chipped in 10 points and 7 rebounds. Five Gargzdu players scored in double figures. Center Motiejus Krivas (213-4) produced 11 points and 9 rebounds and Nedas Montvila (188-2) added 9 points and 6 rebounds respectively for the guests. Zalgiris II's coach Vytautas Pliauga rotated twelve players seeing no chance for a win. Gargzdu have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to second place, which they share with Telsiai.
