Regular Season Round 16: Anadolu Efes - TAC NEF 93-73

U19 League top team - Anadolu Efes (13-2) had no problems winning another game. This time they crushed eighth ranked TAC NEF (4-11) in Istanbul 93-73. Worth to mention a quality performance of forward Karahan Efeoglu (203-4) who helped to win the game recording 19 points and 9 rebounds and American forward Koralp Turk (205-3) who added 10 points and 10 rebounds during the contest. Anadolu Efes' coach Sezai Mermi used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the losing side Atakan Karayaylali (-4) responded with 16 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists and Berkan Silindir (-1) produced a double-double by scoring 15 points and 10 rebounds. Five Anadolu Efes and four TAC NEF players scored in double figures. Anadolu Efes maintains first position in League with 13-2 record. TAC NEF at the other side dropped to the ninth place with 11 games lost. Anadolu Efes will play against Yalovaspor (#10) at home in the next round and are hoping to win another game. TAC NEF will play against the league's second-placed Fenerbahce and hopes to get back on the winning track.
