No shocking result in a game when fifth ranked Juventus (9-8) beat 8th ranked Neptunas (6-11) in Utena 76-64 on Thursday. Juventus made 20-of-24 free shots (83.3 percent) during the game. They also forced 21 Neptunas turnovers. The winners were led by Ignas Vaitkus (197-93) who scored that evening 21 points (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field) and power forward Rokas Gustys (206-94, college: Hofstra) supported him with 8 points and 8 rebounds. Even 16 points and 6 assists by the former international guard Zygimantas Janavicius (193-89, agency: Interperformances) did not help to save the game for Neptunas.
