Regular Season Round 15: Sloboda T. - Leotar 85-65

The game between third ranked Leotar (9-4) and fourth ranked Sloboda T. (9-3) was the most important one in the last round on Saturday night. Leotar was crushed by Sloboda T. in Tuzla 65-85. It ended at the same time the six-game winning streak of Leotar. Sloboda T. forced 21 Leotar turnovers. Strangely Leotar outrebounded Sloboda T. 34-22 including 23 on the defensive glass. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists comparing to just 8 passes made by Leotar's players. It was a good game for the former international forward Haris Delalic (203-94) who led his team to a victory with 24 points. The former international power forward Ibrahim Durmo (199-97) contributed with 14 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. The former international forward Bozo Djurasovic (201-87) answered with 18 points and 8 rebounds and swingman Dejan Sakotic (195-93, agency: PEPI SPORT) added 15 points and 6 rebounds in the effort for Leotar. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Sloboda T. have an impressive series of five victories in a row. They moved-up to third place. Leotar at the other side dropped to the fourth position with four games lost. Sloboda T. are looking forward to face Bratunac (#6) on the road in the next round. Leotar will play against Posusje and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
