Important game to mention about took place in Istanbul. Fifth ranked Tesvikiye (10-8) saved a 1-point victory on the road edging 3rd ranked Besiktas (12-4) 72-71 on Wednesday evening. Tesvikiye forced 24 Besiktas turnovers. Besiktas was plagued by 29 personal fouls down the stretch. It was a good game for Utku Pelit (-3) who saved his team from a defeat with 17 points and 9 rebounds. Ege Eskinazi (-2) contributed with 15 points and 8 assists for the winners. Four Tesvikiye players scored in double figures. Tolga Deliktas (-3) replied with 26 points and 9 rebounds and Yigit Coban (-2) added 18 points and 16 rebounds in the effort for Besiktas. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Tesvikiye maintains fifth position in League with 10-8 record. Besiktas at the other side dropped to the second place with four games lost.
