No shocking result in a game when ninth ranked Gemlik (9-9) beat on the road bottom-ranked Akhisar Bld (0-17) 90-81 on Saturday. Gemlik looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Gemlik made 7 blocks. It was an exceptional evening for American guard Darnell Edge (188-97, college: FDU) who led the winners and scored 24 points and 5 assists.
