Important game to mention about took place in Crailsheim. Akademie saved a 2-point victory on the road edging Crailsheim 94-92 in the game for the fourth place. Strangely Crailsheim outrebounded Akademie 50-32 including a 32-21 advantage in offensive rebounds. Elijah Ndi (194-4) had a double-double by scoring 37 points (!!!) and 17 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and Dutch Yulian Ramirez (205-3) chipped in 19 points and 7 rebounds during the contest. Czech center Matej Zejdl (206-3) responded with a double-double by scoring 13 points, 19 rebounds and 4 assists and Aaron Hermann (172-4) scored 27 points and 5 rebounds. Four Crailsheim players scored in double figures. Akademie will play against Jahn Muenchen at home in the next round and it may be the game of the week. Crailsheim will play against Trier YG and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
