Bottom-ranked Neptunas-Akv. managed to get the second consecutive victory on Saturday night. This time they won against twelfth-ranked Vilnius in Klaipeda 58-52. Center Oskaras Pleikys (202-1, agency: BIG) had a double-double by scoring 11 points and 13 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and Lukas Kreismontas (197-1) chipped in 13 points and 4 assists during the contest. The best for the losing side was center Rokas Jocius (208-3) with 13 points and 7 rebounds and Adas Simonis (192-1) scored 5 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Neptunas-Akv. (7-23) moved-up to thirteenth place. Loser Vilnius keeps the twelfth position with 21 games lost. Neptunas-Akv. will meet bottom-ranked Delikatesas (#14) in the next round. Vilnius will have a break next round.
