Very important is a road loss of first ranked Titans (16-3) against tenth ranked Rackelos (6-11) on Sunday night. Visiting Titans were defeated by Rackelos in a tough game in Giessen 84-92. It ended at the same time the seven-game winning streak of Titans. Rackelos made 24-of-30 free shots (80.0 percent) during the game. American point guard Montrael Scott (191-93, college: PVAMU) fired 35 points (!!!), 9 rebounds and 7 assists (made all of his eight free throws) for the winners. Tim Uhlemann (203-99) chipped in 27 points and 8 rebounds. Naturalized American Grant Teichmann (191-96, college: C-N) produced 22 points and 4 assists and Canadian Tanner Graham (200-96, college: Queen's) added 17 points and 7 rebounds respectively for lost side. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Rackelos maintains tenth position in South with 6-11 record. Loser Titans still keep top place with three games lost. Rackelos will meet higher ranked White Wings (#9) in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Titans will play against Arvato College Wizards (#11) and hope to secure a win.
