Ninth ranked Ploiesti CSM (8-9) crushed at home 10th ranked Focsani (7-12) by 20 points 86-66, which is the biggest margin this round on Monday night. The game without a history. Ploiesti CSM led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 52 of its points in the paint compared to Focsani's 28 and made 16-of-20 free shots (80.0 percent) during the game. Ploiesti CSM forced 20 Focsani turnovers. The best player for the winners was Montenegrin center Mihailo Sekulovic (206-1991) who scored 21 points and 6 rebounds (perfect from the field making all seven shots !!!).
