Important game to mention about took place in Artsakh. Sixth ranked Artsakh (10-13) saved a 3-point victory at home edging 4th ranked AIA Yerevan (11-14) 102-99 on Friday evening. The hosts took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But AIA Yerevan won third quarter 32-24. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. The game was also dominated by American players. Worth to mention a great performance of guard Justin Sutton (187-1996, college: Medgar Evers) who helped to win the game recording a triple-double by scoring 41 points (!!!), 11 rebounds and 17 assists. Guard Joshua Roberts (190-1998, college: Roosevelt) contributed with 20 points and 9 rebounds for the winners. Sutton is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Jalin Gross replied with a double-double by scoring 44 points (!!!), 11 rebounds and 6 assists and forward Jatee Dudley (190, college: Mercyhurst NE) added 20 points and 8 rebounds in the effort for AIA Yerevan. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Artsakh have a solid three-game winning streak. Newly promoted Artsakh maintains sixth position with 10-13 record. AIA Yerevan lost third consecutive game. AIA Yerevan at the other side, also newcomer in the league, keeps the fourth place with 14 games lost.
