Regular Season Round 19: Kapfenberg - Vienna 89-94

BSL top team - BC Vienna (15-2) added another victory to their record on Friday. This time they beat sixth ranked Kapfenberg Bulls (7-10) 94-89. The guests took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But Kapfenberg Bulls won fourth quarter 22-21. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. International guard Bogic Vujosevic (192-1992) fired 23 points and 6 assists (perfect from the field making all eight shots !!!) for the winners. Serbian-Bosnian forward Adin Vrabac (205-1994, agency: PEPI SPORT) chipped in 16 points and 5 steals. American guard Derryck Thornton (190-1997, college: Boston Coll.) produced 24 points and 7 assists and Serbian forward Nemanja Krstic (205-1993) added 22 points and 5 rebounds respectively for lost side. Five BC Vienna and four Kapfenberg Bulls players scored in double figures. Kapfenberg Bulls' coach tested ten players in this game, but that didn't help. BC Vienna have an impressive series of seven victories in a row. They maintain first place with 15-2 record. Loser Kapfenberg Bulls keep the sixth position with ten games lost.
