Sixth-ranked Alligators (1-14) gave a tough game to second ranked KOS (9-6) in Deutsch-Wagram. The visitors from Celovec managed to secure only three-point victory 65-62. However their fans expected much easier game. Alligators were tied at the half but could not keep up in last two quarters eventually losing the game. KOS forced 23 Alligators turnovers. Slovenian point guard Grega Sajevic (187-1996) notched 19 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists to lead the effort and power forward Marin Sliskovic (200-1995) supported him with 14 points and 10 rebounds. Even a double-double of 14 points and 12 rebounds by forward Luiso Goed (196-2003) did not help to save the game for Alligators. Point guard Simon Marek (180-2001) added 6 points, 5 rebounds and 9 assists. KOS maintains second position with 9-6 record having five points less than leader Raiders. Alligators lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the sixth place with 14 games lost. KOS will play against league's leader Raiders Tirol in Innsbruck in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Alligators will play on the road against the league's leader Nord Dragonz (#1) in Eisenstadt to get more than just one victory in their record.
