Very expected game when 12th ranked Focsani (8-14) was defeated at home by fifth ranked Craiova (14-7) 82-71 on Friday. The guests trailed by 6 points at the halftime before their 49-32 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. Craiova made 16-of-19 free shots (84.2 percent) during the game. They also forced 19 Focsani turnovers. The game was dominated by American players.
