There was a minor upset in Frankfurt where 6th ranked Skyliners II (10-11) was defeated by ninth ranked Rackelos (8-12) 82-70 on Saturday. Tim Uhlemann (203-1999) fired a double-double by scoring 25 points and 14 rebounds for the winners. American point guard Montrael Scott (191-1993, college: PVAMU) chipped in 20 points and 8 assists. Matthew Meredith (200-2000, agency: LUMANI 10.7) produced 20 points and 5 rebounds and point guard Philipp Hadenfeldt (188-1999) added 8 points, 5 rebounds and 8 assists respectively for lost side. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Rackelos maintains ninth place in South with 8-12 record, which they share with Hanau. Loser Skyliners II keeps the sixth position with 11 games lost. Rackelos will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Skyliners II will play against the league's leader Titans (#1) having rather not much hope for a victory.
