The game between closely ranked teams ended with fifteenth ranked Artland Dragons' (9-17) road victory over 16th ranked Eagles (3-23) 80-73 on Saturday. The best player for the winners was naturalized American point guard Zachary Ensminger (195-2001) who scored 22 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists. Center Jonas Weitzel (205-1998) chipped in a double-double by scoring 10 points and 13 rebounds. American Christopher Hooper (198-1991, college: SFC) produced a double-double by scoring 19 points, 14 rebounds and 6 assists (on 9-of-10 shooting from the field) and Filmore Beck (190-1991) added 17 points respectively for the hosts. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Artland Dragons maintains fifteenth place with 9-17 record. Eagles lost twelfth consecutive game. Newly promoted team keep the sixteenth position with 23 games lost.
