Very predictable result when second ranked Samsun (18-6) defeated at home 10th ranked Antalya (10-14) 71-61 on Saturday. The best player for the winners was American point guard JJ Frazier (178-1995, college: Georgia) who scored 18 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists. Swingman Mert Gizir (193-1994) chipped in 14 points. Samsun's coach Ilker Salman used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Serbian power forward Dejan Borovnjak (207-1986, agency: BeoBasket) produced a double-double by scoring 20 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists and American point guard Kasey Hill (186-1993, college: Florida, agency: Octagon Europe) added 11 points and 5 assists respectively for the guests.
