No shocking result in a game when fourth ranked Rize (21-7) crushed at home 7th ranked Adana (14-14) 63-44 on Saturday. Rize forced 19 Adana turnovers. The winners were led by American forward Marie Benson (185-1997, college: UT Arlington) who had that evening a double-double by scoring 22 points and 14 rebounds and point guard Sumeyya Ozcan (160-1997) supported her with 15 points, 10 rebounds, 6 assists and 4 steals. Even a double-double of 12 points and 14 rebounds by the former international center Yasemin Gunes (189-1993) did not help to save the game for Adana.
