Not a big story in a game when 11th ranked Craiova 2 (2-15) was defeated at home by fourth ranked Agronomia (11-6) 68-57 on Sunday. The game was mostly controlled by Agronomia. Craiova 2 managed to win second period 15-13. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Agronomia forced 23 Craiova 2 turnovers. Alexandru Pascariu (-2002) stepped up and scored 14 points and 8 rebounds for the winners and David Vaida (189-2002) chipped in 9 points and 7 rebounds. Cristian Fota responded with a double-double by scoring 24 points and 14 rebounds and forward Iulian Corneanu (197-1989) scored 5 points and 9 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to get some rest. Agronomia maintains fourth place with 11-6 record. Craiova 2 lost their ninth game in a row. Newly promoted team dropped to the bottom position with 15 games lost. They share it with Bucuresti E..
