Hamburg Towers outrebounded Skyliners 40-27 including 28 on the defensive glass. Estonian center Maik-Kalev Kotsar (211-1996, college: S.Carolina) scored 17 points and 6 rebounds (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field) to lead the charge for the winners and American point guard Jaylon Brown (183-1994, college: Evansville) chipped in 15 points during the contest.
