The most exciting game of round 10 in the U19 League took place in Istanbul. This derby game ended with only two-point home defeat of 3rd ranked Anadolu Efes (12-7) to sixth ranked Pinar Karsiyaka (10-9) 75-73 on Wednesday evening. Demircan Demir (-2004) fired 20 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. Yusuf Akbiyik (-2003) chipped in 14 points, 5 rebounds and 9 assists. Four Pinar Karsiyaka players scored in double figures. Forward Karahan Efeoglu (203-2004) produced 15 points and 7 rebounds and point guard Zekeriya Tekin (184-2004) added 15 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists respectively for lost side. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Pinar Karsiyaka have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain sixth position with 10-9 record, which they share with Fenerbahce. Anadolu Efes at the other side keeps the third place with seven games lost. Pinar Karsiyaka's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Izmir Petkim Spor.
