Regular Season Round 30: Reutlingen - Stuttgart 83-74

Very important is a road loss of third ranked Stuttgart (17-8) against eighth ranked Reutlingen (11-13) on Saturday night. Visiting Stuttgart was defeated by Reutlingen in a tough game in Reutlingen 74-83. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Stuttgart. Reutlingen made 17-of-20 charity shots (85.0 percent) during the game. It was a good game for David Grubic who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 17 points and 15 rebounds. Noel Duarte (186-2001) contributed with 25 points (went 10 for 10 at the free throw line !!!) for the winners. Four Reutlingen players scored in double figures. Greek guard Vassilis Lampropoulos (196-1990) replied with a double-double by scoring 28 points and 13 rebounds and Edward Hall added 15 points and 14 rebounds in the effort for Stuttgart. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Reutlingen moved-up to seventh place in South West. Stuttgart at the other side keeps the third position with eight games lost.
