Semi-Finals Game 3: Kormend - Duna Aszfalt 86-80

Kormend held off Duna to take 2-1 lead. Kormend players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists. Duna Aszfalt was plagued by 25 personal fouls down the stretch. It was an exceptional evening for American power forward Wesley Gordon (206-1994, college: Colorado) who led the winners and scored 15 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists. His fellow American import point guard Kamau Stokes (183-1995, college: Kansas St.) accounted for 11 points, 6 rebounds and 8 assists for the winning side. Stokes is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. American guard Xavier Pollard (193-1991, college: Kent St.) came up with 15 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists and center David Kiss (209-2002) added 13 points and 9 rebounds (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field) respectively for Duna Aszfalt in the defeat. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
