There was no surprise when bottom-ranked Kronberg (0-4) lost at home to tenth ranked Bensheim (2-2) 90-82 on Saturday. Bensheim made 18-of-20 free shots (90.0 percent) during the game. They also forced 19 Kronberg turnovers. The winners were led by American guard Christopher Miller (192-1993, college: Salem) who scored that evening 27 points and 8 rebounds (made all of his seven free throws) and Marc Liyanage (199-1990, college: Delta St.) supported him with 15 points, 11 rebounds and 8 assists. Even 20 points and 7 rebounds by center Julian Reinwald (210) did not help to save the game for Kronberg. Center Florian Dietrich (203-2000) added 18 points and 6 rebounds for lost side.
