Liga Betclic top team - Ovarense (5-0) managed to deliver another win on Saturday. This time they beat seventh ranked Esgueira (2-3) 94-84. Ovarense made 21-of-24 free shots (87.5 percent) during the game. It was a great shooting night for Ovarense especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 52.4 percentage. The best player for the winners was American forward Jacoby Armstrong (201-1995, college: UNH) who scored 27 points. His fellow American import guard Jordan Robertson (190-1996, college: Colgate, agency: Green Sports Management) chipped in 21 points and 5 assists. Robertson is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Point guard Antonio Lucas (170-2003) produced 21 points and 6 assists and American-Canadian Alexander Kappos (208-1997, college: Dalhousie) added 16 points (perfect from the field making all six shots) respectively for the guests.
