BBU smashed Flames in Salzburg 78-49. The game without a history. BBU led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. It was a great evening for guard Adrian Mitchell (189-1995) who led his team to a victory scoring 17 points and 4 assists. Forward Drew Koka (196-1998) helped adding 13 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists. The best for the losing side was guard Fabio Soehnel (222, college: Hillsborough) with 15 points and Slovenian power forward Nikolas Susa (197-1999) scored 8 points and 5 rebounds. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Flames will play next round against Lions trying to get back on the winning streak. BBU will try to continue on its current victory against Towers in Kufstein.
