Regular Season Round 6: Rendsburg - Potsdam RH 81-77

Rather predictable result when seventh ranked Rendsburg (3-2) won against at home 9th ranked Potsdam RH (1-4) 81-77 on Saturday. Forward Henning Rixen (196-1999) notched 17 points and 6 rebounds to lead the effort and forward Lennard Willer (194-1999) supported him with 21 points. Rendsburg's coach used entire bench in such tough game. Even 27 points and 8 rebounds by point guard Colin Craven (185-1994, college: Kirtland CC) did not help to save the game for Potsdam RH. Center Joshua Luebken (211-2000) added 10 points and 8 rebounds. Rendsburg moved-up to sixth place in North. Potsdam RH lost fourth consecutive game. Newly promoted team keeps the ninth position with four games lost. They share it with Wusterhausen and Oldenburger TB. Rendsburg will meet WSG Koenigs (#11) in the next round where they are favorite. Potsdam RH will play against Oldenburger TB and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
