Regular Season Round 4: Laguna S. - Steaua B. 63-77

Everything went according to plan in Bucuresti where fifth ranked Steaua B. (2-1) beat bottom-ranked Laguna S. (0-4) 77-63 on Saturday. Nigerian-Italian center Peter Olisemeka (207-1991) fired a double-double by scoring 20 points and 18 rebounds (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field) for the winners. Croatian point guard Karlo Vragovic (192-1989) chipped in 17 points and 7 assists. American point guard Trevor Blondin (193-1996, college: Seton Hill) produced 13 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists and Georgian forward Aleksandre Phevadze (206-1998) added 11 points and 9 rebounds respectively for lost side. Both coaches tested many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Steaua B. moved-up to fourth place in Nationala. Newly promoted Laguna S. still closes the standings with four games lost. Steaua B. will meet at home Oradea (#4) in the next round. Laguna S. will play against Constanta (#6) and hopes to get finally their first victory.
