An interesting game for Herlev (3-0) which played road game in Copenhagen against 4th ranked SISU (0-3). Top-ranked Herlev managed to get a 6-point victory 67-61. Herlev outrebounded SISU 47-35 including 33 on the defensive glass. Worth to mention a great performance of Israeli swingman Mariam Hannoun (178-1994, college: Eckerd) who helped to win the game recording 23 points and 7 rebounds and center Kia Fisker (185-1995, college: SF Austin) who added 6 points and 16 rebounds during the contest. At the losing side point guard Rim Taha (167-2004) responded with 16 points, 6 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 steals and Josefine Haabegaard (180-1999) scored 7 points and 8 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Herlev have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain second position with 3-0 record behind leader Falcon. SISU at the other side still closes the standings with three games lost. They share the position with Aabyhoj. Herlev will play against league's leader Falcon in Copenhagen in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. SISU will play at home against Aabyhoj (#4) and hopes to get finally their first victory.
