Not a big story in a game when 15th ranked Skyliners (1-5) lost to eighth ranked EWE Baskets (4-2) in Frankfurt 70-77 on Sunday. American point guard Dewayne Russell (180-1994, college: GCU) notched 18 points and 6 assists (went 7 for 7 at the free throw line) to lead the effort and Canadian center Owen Klassen (208-1991, college: Acadia, agency: LUMANI 10.7) supported him with 13 points, 9 rebounds, 4 assists and 5 blocks. Even 14 points and 4 assists by American point guard JJ Frazier (178-1995, college: Georgia) did not help to save the game for Skyliners.
