Everything could happen at the game between two tied teams. Both fifth ranked Craiova 2 and one of their biggest challengers Bucuresti E. had identical 1-2 record. This time Craiova 2 used a home court advantage and defeated the opponent from Bucuresti 87-71 on Monday night. The hosts trailed by 1 point after first quarter, but they stormed back to get the 6-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 87-71. Craiova 2 will meet league's second-placed Politehnica Iasi on the road in the next round and it may be the game of the week. Bucuresti E. will have a break next round.
