There was a minor upset when 7th ranked Acibadem (3-4) lost to tenth ranked Dacka (3-3) in Istanbul 69-76 on Friday. Dacka dominated down low during the game scoring 44 of its points in the paint compared to Acibadem's 20. It was an exceptional evening for international point guard Dogus Ozdemiroglu (191-1996) who led the winners and scored 15 points, 6 rebounds and 8 assists. Point guard Can Korkmaz (187-1992, agency: Interperformances) accounted for 10 points and 6 assists for the winning side. Four Dacka players scored in double figures. Dacka's coach Selcuk Ernak used a ten-player rotation and allowed the starting five to rest. The former international point guard Kartal Ozmizrak (189-1995, agency: BeoBasket) came up with 17 points and 5 assists and international swingman Yigit Arslan (198-1996) added 8 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists respectively for Acibadem in the defeat.
