The biggest surprise of round 10 in ProA was guest Phoenix Hagen's (7-3) easy road victory over one of their biggest challengers Science City Jena (6-4) 93-70 on Saturday evening. Phoenix Hagen dominated down low during the game scoring 56 of its points in the paint compared to Science City Jena's 34. Phoenix Hagen looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. American guard Grayson Murphy (191-1999, college: Belmont) fired a double-double by scoring 19 points, 8 rebounds and 11 assists for the winners. Center Marcel Kessen (207-1997, agency: LUMANI 10.7) chipped in 25 points (on 11-of-13 shooting from the field). Four Phoenix Hagen players scored in double figures. Phoenix Hagen's coach Chris Harris felt very confident that he used 10 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Serbian point guard Vuk Radojicic (184-2001, agency: LUMANI 10.7) produced 16 points and 6 assists and Stephan Haukohl (203-1993, agency: LUMANI 10.7) added 16 points and 5 rebounds (made all of his eight free throws) respectively for lost side. Phoenix Hagen moved-up to third place, which they share with Giessen. Science City Jena at the other side dropped to the fifth position with four games lost. They share it with Dresden and Karlsruhe PS. Phoenix Hagen is looking forward to face Lions (#5) in Karlsruhe in the next round. Science City Jena will play on the road against the league's second-placed Tigers in Tuebingen and is hoping to win this game.
