There was no surprise in Nuernberg where 8th ranked Falcons (5-5) were defeated by second ranked Rasta Vechta (9-1) 83-73 on Saturday. Rasta Vechta made 22-of-27 free shots (81.5 percent) during the game. Joel-Sadu Aminu (192-1997) scored 29 points to lead the charge for the winners and American Tajuan Agee (201-1997, college: Iona) chipped in 17 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists during the contest. At the losing side American point guard Thomas Wilder (190-1995, college: W.Michigan) responded with 13 points and 5 assists and center Moritz Krimmer (202-2000) scored 13 points and 6 rebounds. Five Falcons players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Rasta Vechta keeps a position of league leader.
