A very close game took place in Vinnytsia between Rivne-SDYUSHOR and Blyskavky. Fifth ranked Rivne-SDYUSHOR (4-5) got a very close victory on the road over 3rd placed Blyskavky (4-4). Rivne-SDYUSHOR managed to escape with a 2-point win 58-56 on Saturday evening. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Blyskavky. The guests trailed by 8 points after three quarters before their 23-13 charge, which allowed them to win the game. It was a great evening for forward Maria Ostapchuk (177-2004) who led her team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 11 points and 14 rebounds. Forward Oleksandra Protsikevych (178-2001) helped adding 8 points and 15 rebounds. Four Rivne-SDYUSHOR players scored in double figures. At the losing side guard Victoria Ogiy (170-1995) responded with 16 points, 9 rebounds, 7 assists and 4 steals and Iryna Zhmurko (185-1996) produced a double-double by scoring 14 points and 15 rebounds. Rivne-SDYUSHOR moved-up to fourth place. Blyskavky at the other side, also newcomer in the league, keeps the third position with four games lost.
