The game between closely ranked teams ended with second ranked Rivne's (7-2) road victory over 3rd placed Blyskavky (4-4) 75-49 on Sunday. The guests trailed by 2 points after first quarter, but they stormed back to get the 9-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 75-49. Rivne outrebounded Blyskavky 49-27 including a 14-3 advantage in offensive rebounds. It was a great evening for forward Anastasiia Kucheronok (175-2002, agency: BIG) who led her team to a victory scoring 34 points (!!!). Vladyslava Kiba (177-2002, agency: BIG) helped adding 20 points and 7 rebounds. At the losing side forward Violetta Ostapchuk (170-2005) responded with 19 points and 5 rebounds and Iryna Zhmurko (185-1996) scored 14 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. Rivne have an impressive series of seven victories in a row. They keep a position of league leader. Newly promoted Blyskavky keeps the third place with four games lost.
