Regular Season Round 15: Horsens IC - BAC 80-63

There was no surprise when 6th ranked BAC (6-7) was defeated on the road by third ranked Horsens IC (10-2) 80-63. Horsens IC dominated down low during the game scoring 52 of its points in the paint compared to BAC's 24. It was a good game for American point guard Chris Lykes (170-1998, college: Arkansas, agency: Green Sports Management) who led his team to a victory with 27 points, 5 assists and 4 steals. The former international forward Leonardo Carlino (198-2000) contributed with 19 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. Forward Gustav Johansen (197-2000) answered with 14 points and 6 rebounds and Magnus Madsen (200-2003) added 10 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for BAC. BAC's coach Thomas Hemmingsen tested eleven players seeing no chance for a win. The victory was the fourth consecutive win for Horsens IC. They maintain third place with 10-2 record having 2 victories less than leader Naestved. BAC at the other side keeps the sixth position with seven games lost. Horsens IC will play against Herlev (#4) on the road in the next round. BAC will play against the league's leader Naestved and hopes to get back on the winning track.
