Regular Season Round 14: Mladost ZE - Tamis PN 78-75

There was a small surprise in Zemun where tenth ranked Mladost ZE (6-8) edged 8th ranked Tamis PN (6-8) 78-75 on Sunday. The best player for the winners was American guard Jon Davis (190-1996, college: Charlotte) who scored 29 points (was perfect 9-for-9 from the free throw line !!!). Forward Dusan Radosavljevic (201-2001) chipped in 17 points and 5 rebounds. Mladost ZE's coach Dragan Jakovljevic used a ten-player rotation in such tough game. Swingman Branislav Terzic (196-1997, college: AIC) produced a double-double by scoring 17 points and 10 rebounds (was perfect 7-for-7 from the free throw line) and guard Marko Sinik (191-1998) added 13 points, 6 assists and 4 steals respectively for the guests. Mladost ZE have a solid four-game winning streak. They moved-up to eighth place, which they share with OKK Beograd and Tamis PN. Mladost ZE will meet higher ranked Vojvodina NS (#4) in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Tamis PN will play against Vrsac (#6) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
